The room was large, everything was very clean, bedsheets, bathroom etc. They have a QR code in the room where you can chat to the reception or make any request. Just amazing! The staff is super nice, they gave me all the tips and recommendations. I had booked activities before I came but they have all the tours and tickets in their travel desk. It was a place I could trust with people I could trust. Highly recommend!

Hi everyone. Stayed here for the first time. Pahargunj hotels are mediocre or sub par so visited with very low expectations but turned out to be exactly the opposite. This place is really good. Clean rooms, Clean bathrooms, Clean sheets, Sumptuous breakfast with daily changing menu. Very efficient staff especially Mr. Saahil at the reception. He changed the room at my request no questions asked. Will make this my permanent staying place whenever I visit. All In all a fantastic experience. Strongly recommend this place

Would suggest to have something done for spund proofing as the noise from nearby locality and the the railway station deters the experience. Like the option for coffee/ tea stations at the the floors. Staff are friendly and the room itself is clean.

I was feeling apprehensive about our hotel stay as we had not stayed in this area or hotel before, but as soon as I arrived I realised I had nothing to be worried about! We stayed for 1 week, across 4 different rooms. The hotel felt safe, the rooms were clean, it was conveniently located for us, and the staff were attentive and very helpful! The showers had good water pressure and hot water, and the air conditioning and heating systems worked well. The double rooms were a reasonable size and the single room was actually more spacious than expected! The area was noisy but this was expected given that it was near busy roads and a main railway station. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again in the future. There are also other branches of Bloomrooms in other areas of Delhi which we came across during our stay.
